  10 Feb 2007 - President's Day - Vet's Players Wanted!

Calling all Old Boys! I am trying to get together an invitation XV together to play on Presiden's Day. I have sent invitations to the following people so far. Those underlined have already confirmed that they will be playing:

Forwards:
Nick Reeves, Paul McKay, Matt Brooker, Jim Martin, Simon Prout, Alex Castle-Mason, Paul Maynard, Ian Garraway, Stuart Castle-Mason, Kim Winnett, Max Thomas, Andy Rumney, Scott King, Paul Ratcliffe, Mark Adcock, Rob Tighe, Brett Penny, Ben James, Chris Simmons, Sean Gourley, Nick Rudd.

Backs:
Hugh Simmons, Rich Josey, Dave Josey, Bob Maynard, Gordon Summerfield, Neil Spicer, Don Cooper, Jay Melhuish, Darren Bond, Craig Robinson, Martin Hudson, Richie Robertson, Chris Gislingham, Ali Straker, Matt White, Stuart Garraway, David Davies, Steve Preston, Richard Yates.

The game will kick-off at 12 noon, and the teams will be meeting at the clubhouse between 11:00/11:30. This really would be a great opportunity to get some old faces together and have a good game and a few beers. We will probably play 30 minute halves, and will be playing with a "rolling bench" policy, so don't worry if your fitness is not what it might be!

If you are on this list and would like to play, or know of someone who might be keen and is not on this list please let Tony Horan know your availability ASAP on 07740 584950 or antony.horan@accenture.com

  10 Feb 2007 - President's Day

President's Day will kick-off this year with a 12:00 fixture between the club 1st XV and an invitation XV consisting of old SNOBs. Players and spectators will then retire to the bar for some light refreshents before watching the 6 Nations England vs Italy game. There will be a number of raffle prizes and entertainments organised throughout the afternoon. President's Day provides an excellent opportunity to catch up with old friends, and the day always has a great atmosphere - so try and get down.
