A new Fitness Zone section has been added to the website to give members training advice on areas such as strength, speed and agility. The club is going to place a great honus on fitness levels for the 2008/09 season, and it is an area where we can improve dramatically. Please take responsibility for your fitness levels, and use this section of the website for guidance if you need assistance.
