All members are invited down to watch the Rugby World Cup Final 2007 game between England and South Africa at 20:00 this Saturday 20th October 2007 in the clubhouse.

Please feel free to bring down and friends or family to support the team as England look to retain their world cup title.

The bar will be open from 15:00 for an members looking to have a dedent 'warm-up' before coverage starts.

In an effort to facilitate recruitment the club has produced a 'STUDs WANTED' poster, and encourages members to print these up and put them in local pubs, shops, gyms and noticeboards. Please do your bit for the club and print off a poster to stick one up!

All members are invited down to the club's grand opening party on Saturday 6th October 2007 at the clubhouse. The day will be the first Vice-President's event of the new season, and the schedule for the day is as follows:

12:00 - Welcome lunch - complimentary wine and buffet in clubhouse. Bar opens.
13:00 - SNOBs Vets vs. Ruislip Vets - first game of the season for the Vets against the local rivals.
15:00 - Rugby World Cup 2007 - Quarter Final 1.
21:00 - Rugby World Cup 2007 - Quarter Final 2.

The club is trying to encourage as many of its current and past members, players, associates and alickadoos to come down for what promises to be a very enjoyable day. Food will be available throughout the afternoon, so please get in contact with any club members you are still in contact with, past or present, and bring them down. Friends and family very welcome.

The club are also producing a display of old photographs, newspaper cuttings etc. which should bring the memories flooding back for some of our older members. The event should be a really great day - a chance for all the old members to get together, the first Vice-President's lunch, the first game for the newly re-formed Vet's side against the Old Enemy, and two RWC 2007 quarter finals all rolled into one! Please try and keep the date free and spread the word to any old members you are still in contact with!
